I just wanted to send a quick note thanking both of you for the time and attention you have given to my mother and I. My dad passed away at the end of October and my mom is struggling at best and what seems like a non-event (like buying a car) to guys like us is a monumental undertaking for her. I would like to express my appreciation for the work that Ken Morter does on a regular basis. Ever since I purchased my Xterra from Brasso a little over a decade ago, Ken has been taking care of me with respect to having my vehicle serviced. I have grown to trust him implicitly, and I value his professionalism and honesty. Even though I moved to the NW end of the city 5 years ago, I continue to choose Brasso to have my vehicle serviced because I know I can rely on Ken. In addition, when my father was experiencing concerns with his newly purchased second-hand Nissan (unfortunately not purchased at Brasso), I recommended he bring it to Brasso and speak with Ken to get a second opinion.
