Thank you for the email. I have to say that the service I experienced at Brasso Nissan was much better than expected. I had such an awful experience at Sunridge Nissan when I purchased my vehicle I was very turned off Nissan. I vowed to never step foot on their property and haven’t since the day I said that. I was formerly going to Fishcreek Nissan for Service and it was okay. Nothing spectacular. They do what they say and that’s it.
I work at BURNCO in the automall so Brasso makes sense. I have been very reluctant to try Brasso as I wasn’t interested in trying another dealership and potentially getting bad service. This week my vehicle needed to get it.
From the initial phone call, to the gentleman that greeted me when I drove in, the lady on the phone when I called in, the lady when I paid and the lady who drove my vehicle to the front were fantastic. I received better service than I expected and it was consistent service from everyone.
My vehicle was washed, vacuumed and the staff offered me a ride. That has never happened.
I have more things that need to get fixed on my vehicle and I will continue to use Brasso.

Kudos to the excellent service Brasso Nissan provides. While my home town of Okotoks has opened up a Nissan dealership, I will continue to support your dealership because of the service I have received from fine employees like Mr Chi. My recent experience at Brasso was my best ever and I wanted to give one of your staff a big thank you. Chi Chan really took care of me from the minute I drove my car into the service bay. Chi was incredibly kind and cared about me as a person. He left me with a great feeling as I left your location.
When he called me it got even better. Chi decided, himself, to order a door plate as I had past difficulty with it and the plate was not staying down. Again service and personality proved my earlier feeling.
Please pass this along to Chi. He deserves to know he is a true leader in his position and pass along my sincerest thank you.

I brought my Frontier in for a scheduled oil change today. As usual before I can even pull up to the service door it is already opening and I am greeted by Chi’s smiling face and a welcoming “good morning”. He is always a pleasure and truly takes the time to find out exactly why the vehicle is in and re-checks to make sure all of my concerns are addressed. He calls to let you know if there is anything else that they may find and calls to let you know that your vehicle is ready, and confirms that you have a ride to pick it up. Chi is awesome, as is the rest of your staff and you probably get the pleasure of seeing their great work at the dealership.
I want to take the time to address something that you more than likely don’t see (unless you are hiding in the backseat of the shuttle van). I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Customer service is what makes me pass by other Nissan dealerships so I can shop at Brasso. I was promptly picked up at the scheduled time by the shuttle van. Rush hour traffic, tired from not sleeping the night before due to extreme back pain and wondering if I am going to make it to my Chiropractic appointment on the other side of the city. From the moment I got into the van the young gentleman in the driver’s seat, Dallas, made sure I was going to have a pleasurable ride to get my vehicle. Greeted with a hello and how was my day, and he truly cared. We shared stories about why we both love Brasso Nissan. I told him about how my first new vehicle was from Brasso Nissan, and how I am now looking at the Titan which he agreed is a pretty sweet vehicle. Dallas told me how he “loves” going to work everyday and shared some pretty impressive stories about how Brasso Nissan treats him and other employees like gold. This is the type of information people want to hear about a dealership that is servicing their vehicle, it just confirms that they are in good hands.
Dallas’ customer service is amazing. He made the trip extremely pleasurable and I made it to my Chiropractors appointment with time to spare. I could go on and on but I just want to say thanks to Dallas and Brasso Nissan. If Dallas is planning a career with Brasso, I can tell you right now he has the customer service skills that make people want to come back to your dealership. I would appreciate it if you could share this letter with Dallas as it is well deserved.

I am incredibly pleased by the level of service that has been provided by Brasso Nissan. The sales person I had was awesome. After the sale there were a couple of issues that required addressing and the staff at Brasso Nissan did a fantastic job of performing this. They have been pleasant, professional, caring, and generally concerned that my experience was a good one. Bravo Brasso!!! Brasso has gone above and beyond to make things right. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a Nissan. The product is great and the staff worked together well to make this a good experience.
I would like to center out some staff for special note, Ryan (our sales person) Ernie (think he is a manager) and Ryan (in service) These 3 people in particular are the ones that went WAAAAY above and beyond to make not only my first Nissan experience, but my first new vehicle experience ever, the best buying experience a customer could expect.
