Good on You BRASSO!
Brasso Nissan gave me the best service of any other dealership that I have encountered, now or in the past. I am very satisfied with how the entire process was handled from start to finish.
The sales team accommodated my needs and even offered me a better deal than they had to.
Karen was by far the best salesperson that I have ever dealt with and took the time to answer my questions and allowed me the opportunity to ensure that I chose the best option that was right for me!
I will definitely use Brasso Nissan in the future and would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a great vehicle.
Even if you think you got a good deal somewhere else you might be pleasantly surprised
Most of all, I am in love with my Nissan Rogue SL and I feel that my deal was more than fair.
I heard in the past that Brasso had a great reputation and now I know why. My expectations were exceeded for sure.

Thanks so much for your e-mail. Joe was totally satisfied with the work done with the change of the tires from summer tires to now tires on the 2009 Nissan Maxima and he told me it was done in a very good time, hardly 2 hours.

My wife was sick with our second pregnancy and for a little extra help she and our one year old stayed with her parents. Result: I did some binge working to get some things done until 3:00am. Result: I forgot to plug in my cell phone at night…too tired. The next day I stopped for gas in my Altima. The car has a bent gas cover that won’t spring open (result of a gas theft attempt). Result: I wedge my key under the lever to hold it open the latch to cover while I pry the gas cover open. Result: I locked my keys in the car when I closed the door and the car started auto locked the car. If I didn’t have a car starter the doors would not be able to lock with the key in it. When I tried to call for help my phone was nearly dead. So I was locked out of my car at a gas station with a cell phone with only minutes of battery life. Man! So what did I do? I called Brasso Nissan with the last call of my dying phone! From that call Brasso cut me a spare key and drove it to me… and fast!
To everyone at Brasso that helped me out, thank you very, very much! This is one of those stories that you can chalk up to going above and beyond your customer’s expectations. Thank you very much!

My wife and I love our Maxima and Altima so much that even if someone would offer us a Mercedes Benz we would not take it.
Thanks for the great service. I checked my car in with Ryan and talked to him later in the day. He was great to deal with. I think a lot of women feel uncomfortable when it comes to dealing with car repairs but I didn’t feel that at all. Ryan took the time to explain the problem which turned out to not be a big problem. I had to pick up a courtesy car at the service desk but when the clerk (I am sorry i don’t know his name but he was also very nice) checked the car they were going to give me it was dirty inside so he got another car. When I picked up my car that night it had been through the car wash and the front seats and mats had been cleaned. All the down feathers leaking from my coat -gone. Wow! The service was excellent and I am happy to have a place to take my car that i trust.

Just a note to say thank you for such great service! I brought my car in without an appointment because it started stalling on me and I didn’t want to take any chances on it. Chi said to me that you were very busy and he didn’t think they could get to it with it being the long weekend and all. I understood. I was amazed to hear back from Chi that you had a chance to look at it and fix it. You made my Thanksgiving weekend!! Thank you to everyone involved. Happy Thanksgiving!!
I was fully satisfied with the work performed on my 2003 Nissan Maxima which is a very good car. I am always satisfied when I come to Brasso Nissan, the people are very friendly.
