• Directing and leading workflow to the express technicians to ensure completion of work is on track

Qualifications:

• Current and valid driver’s license and must be able to drive manual and automatic transmission vehicle

Proficiency in all facets of the sales process:

• Approaching and assisting new customers that enter the dealership

• Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer's requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport

• Performing walk-around with customer and demonstrating features of suitable automobiles

• Conducting test drives• Effectively closing automotive sales

• Efficiently following up with prospects

• Proving an ongoing keen interest in applicable products.

Duties:

• Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs on all makes and models (domestic and import)
• Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair

• Perform road tests
• Perform safety inspections

The successful candidate will have:

• Certification as Automotive Service Technician or Red Seal Achievement
• Effective communication skills
