I just wanted to let you know that Jenn is the Service Department is Fabulous! I have had my car in twice recently with rocks stuck in various places and the most recent (today) was a rock in my brakes and the noise made by this was quite startling. Jenn has always been Courteous, Professional and Very Accommodating! It was a Great experience dealing with her from start to finish! In this day and age of an epidemic of terrible Customer Service I think it is important to recognize the opposite experiences! Jenn is definitely one of the Good Ones! Thank-you!
This past Saturday on May 3, we drove 4 hours from our home east of Edmonton to take possession of our, new to us, 2009 Nissan Altima from your dealership. The Altima is our first ever Nissan product and needless to say we are very impressed and happy with our purchase. The car is obviously a used vehicle by the year but with low km, it had been very well taken care of by its previous owner.
There were many factors we considered when purchasing the car and one of them was the fact it was originally purchased at your dealership and was maintained and serviced there as well. It was very comforting to see the entire service history of the car including your internal service records as well as the car fax and car proof documentation.
Not only are we very happy with the condition of the car, but we are even more impressed with your staff, namely Gene Kwan, Jomana leclercq, Stefan Piechocki, Glen Halina and a gentleman named David (did not get his last name) who walked us through our car at delivery. All these individuals made the experience of purchasing the vehicle easy and fun. From the onset, it was the most enjoyable vehicle purchasing experience my wife and I have ever had.
On our initial visit on April 26, Gene was our initial contact when we, on a whim entered your lot looking for a smaller car that was fuel efficient. Gene was in your lot helping potential customers on the most miserable day when it was snowing and raining. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, not pushy and answered all our questions – even when tested he was professional and polite.
Jomana was our next stop and both my wife, Cindy and I felt at ease and a connection with Jomana. She was also very polite, knowledgeable and courteous. Jomana returned our emails and phone calls promptly and was a complete pleasure to deal with. She is very skilled at her role within your organization and made the experience very stress free.
When we arrived to pick up the vehicle on May 3 we met with David. David was again very professional and showed us the car that was ready and waiting for us. David was knowledgeable, polite and knew the vehicles systems very well. He knew our names, remembered them as we spoke and took care to ensure all our questions were answered.
We briefly met Glen when the extra winter tires and rims were not available for us to take with the car. Glen was professional and made things right by admitting there was a slight mix up and they would have to get the tires from an off site location and would ship them to us this week. Glen was great to talk to and we appreciate the care he took.
After speaking with David, we met with Stefan. Now was the business side of the deal when we went over the financing end of things. Stefan was
fantastic. He was prepared, professional, fun, knowledgeable and ensured he took the time to make things right, he even made Cindy an espresso, fed us pizza, and he even hugged me.
Mr. Soon, as a business owner myself, I understand that it’s not only important that you have a great product and service to support that product, but it’s the people within the business who make it what it is. The entire atmosphere of your dealership is nothing I have experienced before when either purchasing or browsing at a dealership. It’s a fun, enjoyable place to spend time and it’s the people you have that make it that way. I firmly believe that this stems from the top and it shows.
Even though you may not see this vehicle again due to the distance we live from Calgary, you will for sure see us again for our next Nissan purchase. From both Cindy and I, we would like to personally thank you, Gene, Jomana, David, Glen and Stefan for an amazing experience that we will not forget, but will for sure tell others about.
It’s been exactly a month since we picked up our Leaf from you at Brasso Nissan. I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we are enjoying the car. It’s exceeded our expectations, and now that we are more familiar with the car it’s working perfectly for our family. In the one month we’ve owned the car, we’ve put 2700KM on it so far! A little more than our usual amount, but maybe not. We’ve decided to focus all driving we possibly can on the Leaf, and it’s keeping up nicely.
We still have a minivan which we need when all 6 of us go out, or go on longer trips out of town. With the Leaf, we’ve been able to get to all corners of the city from our home base in Chaparral. I can make it to the airport and home, downtown and home is easy, and most importantly to Canada Olympic Park and Home. I took three of our kids with all their snowboard gear (and mine as well) and we made it home with power to spare.
Our biggest challenge with the car is arguing over who gets to drive it. It’s been a pleasure working with you and the rest of the team at Nissan Brasso. Thanks for taking such good care of us through our first purchase of a radically new technology in a vehicle.
