My recent experience at Brasso was my best ever and I wanted to give one of your staff a big thank you. Chi Chan really took care of me from the minute I drove my car into the service bay. Chi was incredibly kind and cared about me as a person. He left me with a great feeling as I left your location.
When he called me it got even better. Chi decided, himself, to order a door plate as I had past difficulty with it and the plate was not staying down. Again service and personality proved my earlier feeling.

I brought my Frontier in for a scheduled oil change today. As usual before I can even pull up to the service door it is already opening and I am greeted by Chi's smiling face and a welcoming "good morning". He is always a pleasure and truly takes the time to find out exactly why the vehicle is in and re-checks to make sure all of my concerns are addressed. He calls to let you know if there is anything else that they may find and calls to let you know that your vehicle is ready, and confirms that you have a ride to pick it up. Chi is awesome, as is the rest of your staff and you probably get the pleasure of seeing their great work at the dealership.
I want to take the time to address something that you more than likely don't see (unless you are hiding in the backseat of the shuttle van). I have been in the customer service industry for over 20 years. Customer service is what makes me pass by other Nissan dealerships so I can shop at Brasso. I was promptly picked up at the scheduled time by the shuttle van. Rush hour traffic, tired from not sleeping the night before due to extreme back pain and wondering if I am going to make it to my Chiropractic appointment on the other side of the city. From the moment I got into the van the young gentleman in the driver's seat, Dallas, made sure I was going to have a pleasurable ride to get my vehicle. Greeted with a hello and how was my day, and he truly cared. We shared stories about why we both love Brasso Nissan. I told him about how my first new vehicle was from Brasso Nissan, and how I am now looking at the Titan which he agreed is a pretty sweet vehicle. Dallas told me how he "loves" going to work everyday and shared some pretty impressive stories about how Brasso Nissan treats him and other employees like gold. This is the type of information people want to hear about a dealership that is servicing their vehicle, it just confirms that they are in good hands.
Dallas' customer service is amazing. He made the trip extremely pleasurable and I made it to my Chiropractors appointment with time to spare. I could go on and on but I just want to say thanks to Dallas and Brasso Nissan. If Dallas is planning a career with Brasso, I can tell you right now he has the customer service skills that make people want to come back to your dealership. I would appreciate it if you could share this letter with Dallas as it is well deserved.

I am incredibly pleased by the level of service that has been provided by Brasso Nissan. The sales person I had was awesome. After the sale there were a couple of issues that required addressing and the staff at Brasso Nissan did a fantastic job of performing this. They have been pleasant, professional, caring, and generally concerned that my experience was a good one. Bravo Brasso!!! Brasso has gone above and beyond to make things right. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to buy a Nissan. The product is great and the staff worked together well to make this a good experience.

Mustafa assisted me when he gave me the estimate and looked over my car. I was provided with a loaner car for the 2 days while my car was fixed. When I returned to the centre, I was extremely happy with the results. My car looked much better than what I had expected. It was clear that Mustafa and his team did an exceptional job. I also was very happy that they vacuumed the car and cleaned the mats.

"Hi Kirby I just want to send a quick email to let you know what a great experience I had when I bought my 2012 Pathfinder LE. To start I met Hubert on a very busy and cold Saturday but he was very helpful and answered all of the questions. On this same Saturday I was going to go the Stadium Nissan to do a deal on a pre owned Pathfinder but Hubert made me start to think about buying new. I returned on an even colder Sunday to see if we could work out a deal and this is when your dealership really impressed me. This is also when we met Tony, after taking another drive in a Pathfinder we started the process of dealing. Tony was very fair with my trade and I was happy with the price of the Pathfinder, also it was a great experience to deal direct with the sales manager and not have to do the back and forth thing. After working out a deal we looked at the color that I wanted I thought the I might be interested in the blue one you had at your storage lot so Danny drove us there and stood outside in the cold with us as we inspected it. After figuring out that I wanted black with tan interior the search started. Tony was able to find one in Ontario and 2 weeks later I was driving a new Pathfinder. I want to say thanks to Hubert, Tony, Danny and Bill. I will enjoy dealing with Brasso for a long time to come."

It's been exactly a month since we picked up our Leaf from you at Brasso Nissan. I just wanted to send you a note to let you know how much we are enjoying the car. It's exceeded our expectations, and now that we are more familiar with the car it's working perfectly for our family. In the one month we've owned the car, we've put 2700KM on it so far! A little more than our usual amount, but maybe not. We've decided to focus all driving we possibly can on the Leaf, and it's keeping up nicely.
We still have a minivan which we need when all 6 of us go out, or go on longer trips out of town. With the Leaf, we've been able to get to all corners of the city from our home base in Chaparral. I can make it to the airport and home, downtown and home is easy, and most importantly to Canada Olympic Park and Home. I took three of our kids with all their snowboard gear (and mine as well) and we made it home with power to spare.
Our biggest challenge with the car is arguing over who gets to drive it. It's been a pleasure working with you and the rest of the team at Nissan Brasso. Thanks for taking such good care of us through our first purchase of a radically new technology in a vehicle.

I would like to express my appreciation for the work that Ken Morter does on a regular basis. Ever since I purchased my Xterra from Brasso a little over a decade ago, Ken has been taking care of me with respect to having my vehicle serviced. I have grown to trust him implicitly, and I value his professionalism and honesty. Even though I moved to the NW end of the city 5 years ago, I continue to choose Brasso to have my vehicle serviced because I know I can rely on Ken. In addition, when my father was experiencing concerns with his newly purchased second-hand Nissan (unfortunately not purchased at Brasso), I recommended he bring it to Brasso and speak with Ken to get a second opinion. My father also found the service at Brasso to be helpful.
