"I picked up my new Pathfinder last evening and had a few comments at first blush I'd like to share with you.
I was extremely impressed at the turnaround I got from the time I walked into the dealership to purchase the vehicle until the time I actually took delivery - 3 days. My time/work schedule has been really compressed these last few weeks and continues to be into the next few and I appreciated the speed and efficiency of your purchase/finance/delivery process in accommodating what is a very busy and hectic time for me right now. Everyone involved from start to finish was extremely professional, courteous, helpful and pleasant - it was truly a pleasure doing business with your team there.
I'm also very pleased and impressed with my new vehicle - I'm happy with the price I paid for it and the features and quality of the Pathfinder so far - I'm 100% confident I made the right choice between the 3 other manufacturers' vehicles I was deciding between.
When being orientated with the vehicle last evening, I'm was also really impressed with the online booking features of your service department as well as your loaner vehicle program - this is important to me as my vehicle is my life right now and I can't afford to be without one, and I appreciate how regular servicing is important to the longevity of my Pathfinder.
My husband recently passed away and vehicle purchasing was always his domain and his "job" in our relationship and, to be honest, I approached this particular purchase with alot of trepidation and almost dread because it was really out of my comfort and knowledge zone. I'd like to thank you and your team for making this a simple, efficient and pleasant experience for me under the circumstances.

"Hi Kirby I just want to send a quick email to let you know what a great experience I had when I bought my 2012 Pathfinder LE. To start I met Hubert on a very busy and cold Saturday but he was very helpful and answered all of the questions. On this same Saturday I was going to go the Stadium Nissan to do a deal on a pre owned Pathfinder but Hubert made me start to think about buying new. I returned on an even colder Sunday to see if we could work out a deal and this is when your dealership really impressed me. This is also when we met Tony, after taking another drive in a Pathfinder we started the process of dealing. Tony was very fair with my trade and I was happy with the price of the Pathfinder, also it was a great experience to deal direct with the sales manager and not have to do the back and forth thing. After working out a deal we looked at the color that I wanted I thought the I might be interested in the blue one you had at your storage lot so Danny drove us there and stood outside in the cold with us as we inspected it. After figuring out that I wanted black with tan interior the search started. Tony was able to find one in Ontario and 2 weeks later I was driving a new Pathfinder. I want to say thanks to Hubert, Tony, Danny and Bill. I will enjoy dealing with Brasso for a long time to come."
