This is one of the oldest Nissan Dealerships in Canada. Incorporated in 1969, the company is still owned by born and raised Calgarian, Einar Brasso.
Einar Credits the success of the company to the over-all excellence of Nissan products over the years and the enthusiasm and energy of the market in Calgary.
"I often silently thank whatever notion caused my dad (Peter) to stop in Calgary when he emigrated from Denmark in the late 1920's. Despite a 1000% increase in population the basic 'hand shake' mentality has not changed from those days. We built this business on the concept that Calgarians want their needs to be met fairly, promptly and consistently. Everything matters!" ..........Einar Brasso
Brasso Nissan Recent Achievements:

BBB 2004 Ethics Award
2008 Highest Volume Retailer in Canada
2007 Global NSSW Award
In 2004 we were honored to receive the prestigious "Ethics Award" presented by the Southern Alberta Better Business Bureau. This was the first time that the award had ever been presented to an automotive dealer. During his acceptance remarks at the presentation gala, Mr. Brasso said "...our success over the years has been due largely to the practice of hiring good people with honest values and then training them to present what we have to offer consistently." In 2007 Brasso Nissan was only the 3rd dealer ever chosen to represent Canada in Japan as the recipient of the prestigious Nissan Sales & Service Way Award. This global NSSW honor is not given annually, but is based on exceptional excellence in all aspects of the franchise duties. Einar and Donna joined 36 other members from around the globe for 3 days of presentations and festivities in Tokyo. Einar married former Calgary Stampede Queen Donna Thomson in 1964. They have 3 children and 6 grandchildren, all of whom live in the Okotoks area. Donna is the daughter of a pioneer ranch family and the Brasso's have all continued an interest in horses, cattle and ranch life.
